CNC Milling
Milling is the process of cutting and drilling material. A CNC milling machine uses rotating cylindrical tool called a milling cutter and it is held in a spindle. Milling machine has a ability to cut in different angles and move along different axes.
CNC Turning
CNC Turning is a precision manufacturing process that uses CNC turning machine to cut the piece in a linear manner while it rotates to form a clundrical part. A turret with tooling attached is programmed to move to the bar of material and remove material to create results programmed before run.
SWISS Machining
CNC Swiss machining brings additional precision and efficiency to production operations. The principle behind the swiss machine is that the bar moves to the tool rather than the tool moving to the bar (in the Z direction). This vastly reduces the amount of deflection during precision swiss machining since the cutting action occurs closer to the guide bushing. This superior stability translates into fewer deflections and greater precision, making CNC Swiss machining ideal for complex projects with tight tolerances — especially for small or thin components.
